Over the course of two years, participants in our Manufacturing Development Program will work at two different operating companies in a variety of relevant areas. Our expectation is for program participants to tackle challenging assignments involving frequent interaction with senior leadership, positioning them to make an immediate impact in the organization. At the completion of the two-year program, participants will be well prepared for a successful career with EnPro Industries.
During the two year program, participants will rotate through four functional aspects of our manufacturing environment. The rotations include:
1. Manufacturing Engineering: Responsible for production transition from initial design through the manufacturing process.
2. Product Development & Quality Assurance: Responsible for developing and implementing systems that assure product quality.
3. Materials Management/Operations: Hands-on involvement implementing LEAN manufacturing initiatives and materials management.
4. Production Supervision: Responsible for all aspects of shop floor supervision.
Members of the Manufacturing Development Program are usually recent graduates with a BS degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering. Contact Us for more information.
